The following items are not accepted in any bucket wash package:
Basket size without a DobiKisasa bag: max 35 clothes per basket.
Clothes exceeding 35 automatically count as a second basket and are charged accordingly.
All orders must be placed at least one day before the pickup date. For urgent needs, choose Fast Track (2× price).

How does DobiKisasa work?
Place an order, choose your basket count, and a rider picks up your laundry from your door. We deliver it to a local laundry partner and return clean clothes within 48 hours. You pay after delivery via mobile money.
How do I pay?
After your laundry is returned, you pay via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money. No upfront payment needed.
What areas do you cover?
We currently operate in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, and Dodoma. More cities are coming soon — select your region when placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — free cancellation before a rider is dispatched. Contact support if a rider is already en route.
How do I become a rider or laundry partner?
